All Balloons for Everything, Inc. team members have been thoroughly educated and trained on the health and safety measures. Due to the events related to COVID-19, our delivery service at this time is following the guidelines of the City and the Authorities. Wellness & Temperature Checks for all team members, Gloves and Face Coverings, Social Distancing Procedures, Frequent Hand Washing, Enhance Cleaning and Disinfecting all work areas and proving Low-Contact Deliveries.
What is the preferred method of communication?
We work via email in order to exchange photos and will only exchange pricing in writing. This is also for your benefit to ensure order accuracy and allows both parties to view order details at any time. Working through email also allows us to provide quick responses while at other event locations or after business hours.
What areas do you service?
We proudly provide balloon decor for the Chicagoland area and the surrounding suburbs.
Can I meet with you at my event space?
Yes. An on-site consultation is available on select weekdays for an additional fee.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve.
What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on the delivery location and time of day.
Ordering our Balloon Bouquets?
Our Bouquets must be ordered at least 3 days in advance, if you want from one day to another you must confirm availability. Call (708) 573-4830.
Delivery time frames for Balloon Bouquets and Yard Balloon Decor?
Our Bouquets must be ordered at least 3 days in advance, if you want from one day to another you must confirm availability. Call (708)573-4830. We do not have a fixed delivery time. You should only choose if you want the morning shift from 8.00am to 12.00pm or late night from 1.00pm to 9.00pm. We cannot indicate an estimated delivery time, it would be at the corresponding time you have chosen. (If you want to indicate relevant information regarding the delivery, please notify us to reach an agreement) for example you are at work until 7.00pm, if the schedule is available the delivery will be made.
Substitution Policy for Balloon Bouquets:
Balloons for Everything strives to use the same balloon designs that are illustrated on the site, but there may be exceptions. Below are the substitution guidelines used:
1) Large mylar shaped balloons — licensed characters.
Exceptions: We may substitute with an alternate design of the same licensed character.
2) Mylar balloons of 18in-36in size.
Exceptions: Designs of the same theme may be substituted if (Design may vary) is part of the product description.
3) Licensed Bubble Balloons.
Exceptions: We may substitute with designs of the same message or theme.
4) Personalized 18in balloons.
Exceptions: Personalized name/age 18in mylar balloon designs may vary.
5) Latex Specialty Prints (Animals, Flowers, Agates, Birthday Prints, etc.
Exceptions: Agate patterns will vary, but colors will not be substituted.
In cases where we must deviate from these guidelines we will contact you for approval. If we are unable to reach you we will proceed with the delivery using the best
Can I pick my balloons up from you?
No. We offer balloon decor for delivery only.
Do prices include removal of the decor?
No. An additional fee will apply. Please notify us when booking your decor if a take down and removal is needed.
How and when do I pay for my decor?
In order to book your event we required a deposit of 50% and the remaining balance is due 1 week before your event date. Payments can be made by Zelle, credit cards,
checks, cash, Paypal or money orders. For schools, organizations, and corporations, we understand a check may need to be processed for payment.
If a payment cannot be made before the event date, a signed contract will be required.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. Refunds are not provided on any orders.
All Orders are Final. Deposits are non refundable.

How long do balloons last indoors?
Many air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.
How long will my helium balloons float?
All of our mylar and foil helium balloons will float for at least 3 days if indoors, but typically much longer!
How long do balloons last outdoors?
Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.
Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?
Yes! Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable at the same rate as an oak leaf. Mylar (or foil) balloons are NOT biodegradable but are able to be recycled.
I bought some balloons from somewhere else, can you inflate them for me?
Yes, but we can not guarantee the quality of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, you will still be charged the full amount for that balloon. We also can not speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us.
I don’t know what I want, can you help me figure it out?
Absolutely! When you call to talk to one of Balloons for Everything’s event artists, they will ask you questions about your event and the purpose of the decor- that is whether you are trying to attract attention to a focal point, or going for an overall ambiance. If you have already figured out your approximate budget, our designers can help by suggesting packages and decor alternatives that match your goals with your specific budget in mind.
